HP inks are true to color
I'm very happy with the HP inks. they are easy to install and are true to color.

terrible
I don't use my printer a lot. the cartridges do not come close to lasting as long as advertised. I probably haven't printed more than 200 pages in the almost two years I've had it and bought four or five cartridges already,not worth the money.

It might not be so much the ink cartridge as the printer we install it in. The ink seems to be used up quickly.

PRINTER INK ORDER
At first I was having a difficult time finding the ink that I was looking for. The drop down list of printer models didn't have my type, which is HP Office Jet 7612. But then a helpful chat attendant helped me find what I was looking for.

Good product , good price, good service.
Ordered by phone because of on-line problem. Courteous, prompt service rec'd. Product performs well and met expectations I have come to take for granted from HP and its products. My computers are HP, my printer is HP, and the products I use are HP because they are trustworthy in quality, offered at a good price with good service.

Good product
Easy to install. Prints are of great quality. Don't know what the media value kit is though. Cartridges didn't last as long as I had anticipated. I might question the stated average # of copies per cartridge. Will by again because I have to. Wait for sale or coupon before you buy if you can.

Heads dried up quickly
I use my printer regularly but found after about a week the cartridge heads dried up making them un-usable until they were cleaned. They worked great after that though seemed to run out of ink after an abnormally short time.

Horrible
Ink is supposed to last 300 pages..did less than 100 before needed to be replaced! Either a deficient cartridge or broken printer!
