Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

My printer wasn't printing black (all color fine) so I went to Staples and purchased a double black XL pack figuring that would solve the problem but after much work we just concluded that the printer died. Same great cartridge made in Malaysia.
They are Always the top performance that I have come to expect from HP ink. Don't ever move to china for coast saving! stay in Malaysia.

it is not working I made 1 copy and it stopped working. tried a number of times and it won't print.

HP ink cost
It is very very expensive to operate the HP printer. Through the ink cost I have repurchased the hardware many times over

HIGH QUALITY
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HP ink cartridges are always high in quality and always perform flawlessly. I have never tried using an off brand ink cartridge in my model 5510 printer. My printer produces such high quality print-outs that I don't want to take a chance on messing things up.

I uses these ink cartridges all the time I don't do a lot of printig and they don't seem to last long but this timeI bought the XL I'm hoping that they last longer have just started using it so don't know how long it will

Bought this product about three weeks ago. Product came in great shape. No problem installing, then running "Clean printheads", but a problem occurred afterwards when running "Print Quality Report". Great ink... that runs out so fast

Great ink!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A couple years ago, I decided to save some money and use knock off brands of ink cartages. Boy, way that a mistake! After sending the fourth one back for a replacement, I changed back to HP brand ink cartages. I am a believer!

Unfortunately our printer died the same day we bought this inko now we have lots of cartridges and nowhere to use them
the cartridges were fine -- but our printer chose to jam the paper and then give up the ghost
