Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

A dried up cartridge
I purchased HP 564 Black Ink Cartridge to replace an HP Black Ink Cartridge XL that was still half full of ink. I cleaned the contacts in the printer to no avail then I tried a few routine tasks as suggested by the HP help guide installed in my computer again to no avail. Great as always!

High Yield HP ink cartridges
I've always purchased the high-yield cartridges for my H-P ink jet printers. I've never actually tracked the # of prints yielded by these vs the standard cartridges. The only cartridges that work in my printer

I have not run out of the previous cartridge yet but I expect the one I purchased will work as it is supposed to do. I only remember one cartridge in the last year that didn’t work as expected.
