Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

The new cartridge has clogged my printer so it won't print
I put the new cartridge in to the printer and the printer won't print black it only prints color now!

The ink is fine but my printer is not working so the ink was not needed. I enjoyed the ink and printer while it worked.

Not So Good
Usually I have no issues with the ink cartridges but this one does not work very well most of the letters do not print out and if you make the font larger it gets even worse.

Hp ink 64 tri color and black
HP ink works fine in my new printer. Good color and nice dark black in my printed documents.

I always buy this product from Staples and I always recommend it to my friends. Staff is always helpful and friendly. The ink cartridge is easy to install and lasts a long time for me to use.

Dries up before you get to use it.
Like Gillette and the razor and the IBM typewriter and the ribbon...........put a product out there and keep them coming for replacement parts. But.....these things dry up before being used but are the only game in town; we tried alternate replacement products but HP pretty well blocks them from being usable. When my HP dies I will surely replace it with a non HP produ...

new color cartridges
sometimes nothing comes out on the paper and most times it is a line or two. forget trying to print photos or documents.....what the heck is wrong...I have tried all the troubleshooting sites...

bright colors
