Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Cartridges arrived 1/2 full
One of the cartridges in the pack was 1/2 full, the other two were only 3/4 full. Not what I would expect with as much emphasis as they place on only purchasing "Genuine HP Cartridges". I'm giving a "Fair" rating because customer service was very prompt and did refund my order.

This was not the actual product I was looking for.
As I wanted to purchase 564/564XL which I was advised is no longer available, I really did not have a choice but to purchase 564XLBlack and 564-with 3 colors.
