Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

Very very good. I purchase my printer ink from staples all t time. This is the second time you have asked me and I replied back.

HP 564XL INK
Over priced and does not have the yield advertised... I have found that the comparable ink cartridges JARBO Smart Ink and JPC are just as good if not better and less than half the cost.The HP Ink High Yield seldom lasts longer than 100 pages before it starts to fade.I can not imagine why the HP ink is so expensive and so little yield

I'm getting the feeling that the cartridges are not full at the time of purchase. I've been going through these HP 564XL and other HP 564 cartridges at a rapid pace. Are you sure they are being fully filled prior to their delivery to Staples??? I'm spending hundreds on these and I can't understand why...At this point I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Having trouble when used in my Photosmart 6510 and 6520
Both printers are acting strange. The ink levels on my IMAC 24 shows ink at least HALF FULL with both printers BUT on the 610 I am getting nothing but yellow....and on the 6520 I seem to periodically get one page with black and color .....and then on subsequent pages....the BLACK fades out to nothing. I have had nothing but HQ printers but am thinking of trying anything...

Hp thinks it was a phony in the past so not sure as I have always only bought hp and only at staples.Staples personnel were fine.

The HP ink is what I use and it always works fine. I also get rebates on used cartridges that I return.

I was disappointed in my purchase of this ink. I do not print any photos from my printer however the photo ink cartridge became depleted very quickly just because it was inserted in my printer. My HP printer will not print without a photo cartridge in place. I hate to think of how quickly this would be depleted if I actually did print photos. I would not recommend this...

Terrible
POOR customer service. NOT the one I needed which I said but the Staples employee insisted it would work in my computer. Well it did NOT and I plan to return as soon as I can get to town.
