Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Disappointed with name brand product
After installing new cartridges, printer began streaking prints. No problems existed until new cartridges were installed.

ONLY Genuine HP ink -- in Colors for me!
I learned years ago that doing a self-refill or using off brand ink for printers did NOT save in the long run. Only HP brand ink for me!
And you did have the color combo pack this time (even though you did not have the set that included black,but I know it isn't your fault).

Printer ink purchase
Very well received s as d a much needed purchase, but very sad the store is closing. The company needs to be diligent in finding an alternative location in the Pikeville, KY area. We need this store badly, I understand the lease was purchased out from under them but the there is ample space right down the road.

Fast Delivery
I purchased this ink cartridge as soon as I saw the low on ink reminder on my monitor. That was a month ago and it was just yesterday evening that I needed new cartridges. Because I had thought ahead I was able to print my papers on time and without a hitch. Shopping HP online for ink cartridges is a pleasure and a way to always be prepared,

It is the ink I need!

564 ink
Got home really excited to use my printer because I had new ink and everything I printed would look faded. Well guess what the new ink was a tad darker then the ones I replaced! So I still have faded reports that don’t copy well and you can hardly read! So disappointed. So dissatisfied. And the ink is SO expensive!

Black does not print
