Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

TOO SOON TO TELL
I couldn't get them in the store & had to have them mailed to me; they just arrived last week. The sales clerk was extremely helpful but I had to order the black separately since the product was no longer available in the cyan/magenta/yellow/black I've been getting for years.

I was happy to find the printer ink I was looking for . Some other types were in short supply .
The reason I gave 4 is because the HP ink is too expensive but that is not the store’s fault .
