Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

I like this product and have had no problem with the cartridges. I might like to see the three color pack offered as a set with the XL size refill. I would recommend this product.

Good cartridge
This is a good cartridge for my HP printer. The colors are of good quality. I only wish I would not have to buy new cartridges so quickly. It runs low on ink in a short amount of time.

Damaged ink
I just now tried to use the ink. It says cynan and black are damaged. Very disappointing. I dont normally buy the multi paks because that happens alot to me. Coming from factory I thought would be ok. I got the ink a few weeks before I needed it so I would be able to keep working. Now I will need to get out and buy at store. Not very happy about it. Thats alot of money.

Employee Recognition
the employee went out of her way to accomodate me when the 4 pack wasn't in store. Did a work-around which pleased me. She accomodated me not only in locating the product but in obtaining Manager approval for a price break due to the inconvenience.

Totally bad
Don’t know if the ink is bad or what but printer does not print since changing cartridges. I have done all the things suggested by the printer manufacturer to correct problem and only get a few smears of coloe

SOMETHING MISSING
Unfortunately, the packaging oof this cartridge was faulty.One of the ink cartridges was incorrect! I could not—and cannot—return to the store and I am stuck with what I received.

I had to print a picture for X in order to get correct color because some of the novels were plugged but it works good now

New ink...no print.
I replaced the ink in my printer, and it still doesn't print. The only color working is blue. The other three aren't registering at all. I've tried taking it out and putting it back in again...nothing seems to work.

I appreciated the multiple color set, but wanted the multi-set that also had the XL black cartridge. The store said they haven't had any in quite some time. Disappointed.

When I installed the cartridges the magenta leaked on my hands . Not happy about that!
