Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Ink for printer
The black ink is light. I have never had this problem when I purchased ink at staples previously.

564 all colors & black
The ink doesn’t last long and I am not Copying much. I can’t believe the small amount I print out before I get the message low on ink. I think I am buying deficient ink . Either the ink cartridges are smaller than before or on the shelf too long. It is so disappointing in the product.

Expensive nd doesn't last very long
Of course I don't have a choice since HP cartridges are not duplicated very well by after market companies. So I was forced to buy them. But they are expensive and Staples offers no discount. The cartridges don't last very long because even when you select grey scale printing the color cartridges are still used.

Good product
It is a good product. My printer was low on color ink. After I purchased the ink, I was able to print my car insurance cards. It was a necessary purchase.Â

Just what I needed
Hi—the sale’s associate helped me find printer cartridges. I was looking for all in one package, but they were out. And she pointed out did have black & color cartridges in separate boxes. Thank you for helping a distracted shopper!

New Empty Cartridges
I bought a month ago, but when i install the cartridge magenta, the level was near empty. And finally it was empty. Brand new original HP.

the Magenta would not work with my printer. I had to put the OLD cartridge back in to be able to print.
