Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

replacement ink
I am hoping the Black INK last longer with XL than the standard because the cost is high. I didnt need the other colors but it is not cost effective to buy just Black which is unfortunate. I had an issue with the cartridge and once I ran a color test it finally started printing in black.

Good Product but not enough ink for the money
The ink works well. I just wish that there was more of it in the cartridges and it costed a lot less.

Great Product
Great product but Staples HP and Corporate America needs to lower the prices on printer ink. It is extremely too expensive.

pricy but worth it.
Customer service was amazing. I went in to drop off some shredding and remembered I had to get some printer ink so asked agent where I could find product and was happy when he said I will get it for you and ring up everything at once. Great great.

Leaving out the black cartridge is a huge mistake
Since I had bought this product in the past I thought it still had the black cartridge. It did not and that led to 2 more trips to Staples which wasted hours of my time. Why on earth the manufacturer would do this makes NO SENSE AT ALL.

Ink doesn't seem new, copies are skipping text. Its like a never changed ink cartridges.

Hi,
I regret the inconvenience for you, but it is not likely that the cartridges are at fault.
It is probable that the printhead inkjets are clogged. There is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu that you can use to clear out the inkjets. The routine might need to be run more than once to clean out the clogs completely and get the ink flowing freely again.
This sort of thing can happen when the printer is turned off without using the power button. While it is a good idea to shut the printer down between uses, it is very important to always use the power button on the printer itself to turn it off. That gives it time to ‘park’ so that the printhead inside the printer is protected from excessive drying which leads to clogging of its tiny inkjet nozzles.
