Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

It did not work - return cartridge jammed = cannot be fixed - bought a new printer. Dates on cartridges was not explained.

Hi Janis I'm sorry that you had these problems and had to get a new printer. I can help you understand the dates though. The date is not an expiration date it is an end of warranty date. If you have a cartridge whose warranty date has passed it could very well work perfectly if it was stored properly. A cartridge that has been sitting in a truck in broiling hot weather or was allowed to freeze might not work well after a while. Mary HP Care hp.com/support

Great ink cartridges
Cartridges work great and produce crisp looking documents. Price is ungodly but we all know ink is THE most expensive fluid on the planet.

HP ink cartridge
easy to use ink cartridge but way to expensive. Also I always recycle my cartridges but any coupon I get expires way before I need more ink. The coupons should not expire!

Good ink supply
The ink is HP the printer is HP. I've never had an issue with that combination. The store is convenient. Life is good.

Easy return
Pleasant experience. I lost the receipt but Staples was able to look up my rewards account and print a new one. I returned the item and was credited the amount.
