Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

Good purchase
As always Staples has what we need when we need it I would go to Battle Creek Staples again

Ink was fine employees were not
The 2 employees I encountered at the Petaluma Staples were less than friendly.

Late Delivery and Poor Quality
Long lead time for delivery. Poor quality of ink. Black will smear on quality paper. I won’t recommend these products to anyone.

black ink stopped working
I only got to print about 3 single page print jobs before my black high yield cartridge stopped working

Hi Sally I am sorry that the cartridge didn’t work well for you. I can understand if you are not happy. It is probable that the printhead inside the printer is clogged. The cartridges themselves don't affect the print quality as long as they have ink in them. There is a cleaning routine available from the printer's menu that can be used to clear out the clogs so that the ink from that cartridge will print properly. Mary Chris HP Care hp.com/support

Authentic
In past I bought ink cartridges that were not authentic ink cartridges from Staples so I’m glad that it’s not a refurbished ink cartridges this time.

I’m happy that you’re close to home and you always have my Computer supplies.I wish you gave us more time to use your coupons and our credits. Once I get my supplies your coupons expire before I need supplies again!

HP's Money Maker!
It works though not noticeably better than less costly 3rd party ink. I always resent the business plan that generates far too many ink cartridge formats and charges a premium. A miserable system for the environment as well.
