Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Purchase of an ink cartridge
My experience at Staples was fine. However they were out of a lot of ink cartridges. The clerk told me I would need to order it online at Staples.com. I appreciated her letting me know that. The services was could and prompt.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER
I purchased the wrong cartridge. I bought 564 black but I needed 564 black photo. The packaging having been changed without the symbol caused me to buy the wrong one.

Fiasco!
The product is just fine....the fiasco of receiving it (them) was a big problem. I ordered one cartridge and at the end of the day ended up with three. It took almost three weeks to arrive after three phone calls to try to find out what the problem was. Good Stuff
At the time of this purchase (2/2) I turned in 20 ink cartridges for recycling. I have yet to see the $2 per cartridge credit to my rewards account. I called the store today to see why and was told it could take up to 3 weeks to catch up. Why did the review of my purchase only take a week. Is it my imagination or are these colored cartridges running out of ink A LOT faster than they used to? I barely use color and seem to be replacing these cartridges much more often than I used to

HP564XL Cyan Ink Cartridge was return.
These ink cartridges would not fit in the HP printer so they were returned and replaced with just the regular ink cartridges.

HP Yellow Ink Cartridge
HP original cartridge works great in my printer and not very many new printers use 564 cartridges.

Printer cartridges
The gentleman in the Centerville OH Staples store was so kind to order some printer cartridges for me - the shelf was bare of what I needed. I received my order promptly and really appreciate the extra service - that's why I keep going back to Staples !!
