Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

Use it or lose it
Because I do not print that often the ink cartridge will either dry up or what I've been told the cartridge is time sensitive and will expire making it useless. Tried having it refilled but HP prevents the printer from reusing the cartridge. End result is consumers have no choice but to pay for expensive ink if they want to use their printers.

Due to arthritic fingers I cannot install the cartridges. So I had to wait until my son could do it. No problems. Never have had problems.

Quality HP Products
Although they are more costly than refurbished ones online for crisp printing brand name is best.

Failed
I bought genuine HP trusting it but they do not work. Both Staples and HP returns processes are so convoluted complex and long wait times I gave up.

Would have been nice to have received the magenta which was shipped on 12-3 and due on 12-10 and never received.

Obviously - we need "Ink" - I was dismayed no Multi-packs were available in store - I imagine on line but now we are in a "Shipping Crisis". Good value for the money
Typically I purchase high capacity cartridges have done so for years but with demand for actual prints on paper declining I didn't see any wisdom in spending more for cartridges that may well go to waste or evaporate from reduced use so I opted for this set of 3 standard carts saving more than a few dollars in the process. HP 7520 photo smart printer
I needed the black "skinny" ink. I asked man in teck support if what I had in my hand was the black skinny and he said yes. I bought it - and when I opened it it was wide and doesn't fit. No receipt now-- i threw it away when cleaning up. So--I have no rating for you. Not happy at all.
