Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

Not what I needed
It was the wrong one I needed the photo black - Had to somewhere else to get photo black I needed it right away and you closed the local Stapl

Made for HP Printer and it knows it.
I had previously used an after market ink cartridge and always had problems making them fit and last. The HP brand is made for this printer (yes it IS an older model but still works). It fits the way it should and seems to last longer and give better quality than any of the aftermarket replacements.
