Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Product is great abd easy to swith out. I did not like that the original delivery date was changed.

New ink cartridges
Employees of Staples are very knowledgeable and told me which ink to buy for my particular printer. The ink works fine. My issue is with the price. It's way too high.

HP 564 cynan magnotta & yellow original ink three pack
I was really pleased to be able to purchase the 3 colors together I usually purchased them single. This did save me a little. I was expecting to pay over $100 because of having to do so in the past. I also purchased the black XL. I would recommend this purchase to others. It would be nice to purchase the colors together in XL.

I received the 3 color and photo black cartridge's vis courier and installed them. They gave good color and impressions and were appreciated. I like the delivery route.

Very poor HP ink inventory
Wanted the multiple ink cartridges pack. Out of stock???? Paid premium price for individual cartridges.

HP Fail
Replaced a cartridge that had about 30% ink remaining but wouldn't print black. Same result with new cartridge. Have to get a new printer.

Price ok. Delivery excellent. Yield of cartridges (all of them) far below advertised amount. I think I get less than half the pages that they estimate. Pass this along to HP.

By the time I cleaned the print heads and aligned them the cartridge was empty! That was a waste of money!
