Cheaper 564XL
The new version of the 564XL is lower cost, but has lower capacity. I strongly dislike less capacity and wish the old cartridge was still available. Too bad the name was not changed from 564XL to 564ML. This is a good example of less is less.

Pricy but worth it. Tried after market inks which leaked. Fortunately I could clean it up. Too much hassle. Will only buy HP inks from now on.

Genuine Cartridges
The cartridges you sent me fail to let the machine know they are genuine. It won't print because I don't have genuine cartridges.

Run out fast
The product works fine but the ink runs out so fast. I print maybe 10-15 pages a month and only black & white. I bought my last set of cartridges in mid-February and the colored ink cartridges are empty. Once I get another printer, it won't be an HP one.

Quality but no quantity
Fine quality. However, all cartridges so a need for replacement well before 550 pages . I do not go through a rem of paper before they are out.

New cartridge, half full
After replacing ink cartridges with brand new ones the ink status on my HP printer only indicated less than half full cartridges. Only the yellow cartridge recorded as full. REALLY?
