Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

The HP 564 cartridges are just fine. I've been using them for years and buying them from Staples. Very fine.

wrong!
Didn’t know that there are two different 564 black cartridges. We need the small one not the big one but didn’t realize this until it was open and ready for install. This is super confusing and needs to be clarified before folks buy the wrong thing.

Long lasting ink at a great price
I print a lot of work related documents at home — especially now. This XL ink cartridge last me a long time. I only use genuine HP ink cartridges in my HP printers.
