Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

Did not work
It was delivered this week and installed it as instructed. Did not work. I tried everything.. checked settings and it said ink levels for black ink were full. The printer works, but nothing is getting inked to the paper. I followed instructions on how to clean the printer head. Still did not work after that. I blame the cartridge because my printer works.

The ink is match with my printer just don’t know why doesn’t work to copy my documents. Staples is good definitely I would like to recommend to someone.

I'm having trouble with the black cartridge on my HP 5520 printer. I bought another to see whether that would help. It didn't. It is so old that HP says parts may not be available. If I can't get it fixed I'll throw it away and send the cartridges back to you for Rewards credits.

Black high yield
564 high yield ink. I have printed maybe 40 pages and I'm already low Not very high yielding.

Necessary evil.
Ink cartridges are way too expensive. But I need the ink. So they are a necessary evil.

Needed ink badly
Driver unprofessional in times of Covid19. He tried to hand the package to me and I said put it down and step back social distancing! He at least was wearing a mask but I wasn't since I was in my home.

I always appreciate the ink I use..but I never received my coupon for turning in 10 used cartridges over 6 weeks ago...that irritates me to no end!! Please check into this and see that I receive it...Staples in Roanoke VA... Barbara Hinchy
