Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

just what I needed.
Ink cartridge...my printer is still not printing...It is not the ink but a fluke with the printer istself..

Print Cartridges
I was pleased with the customer service on the cartridge. I normally purchase cartridges in a bundle pack and they were not available. I believe it was more expensive to purchase them individually but when I shop I prefer to shop locally rather than online - particularly now to keep local people employed. Ink Did Not Meet My Needs
I didn't get to try this ink. I ended up purchasing a second cartridge but neither cartridge worked. I guess I need a new printer.

Old stock
Put in a brand new ink cartridge and made about 25 copies then it ran out of ink

"High Yield" is a misnomer.
These cartridges run out of ink way to fast. "High Yield" is a misnomer. The printing is great until it runs out.

HP black ink for printer is a good purchase.
The HP black ink for my home printer is usually a good purchase and last for a while. Warning: Sometimes the plastic cartridge that holds the ink and locks in the printer does not snap in well and we get blotches of ink on the paper when it prints. HP 564XL Black Ink Cartridge
My review of this cartridge depends upon the length of time it lasts/# of pages it prints. Installed it on printer on 7/23 today is 7/29. Cannot review cartridge at this time. In terms of handling the package arrived the next day as promised with all items included. A rating at this time will be for the fast and efficient service.
