Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

Dissappointed
My cartridge arrived with the plastic torn and mangled like someone opened it. I'm hoping it's really a new ink cartridge in there and not an empty one someone switched out. Expected better from Staples. It was the only thing in the bag which was in perfect shape so whoever packed it knew they put it in there like that. I won't order ink from here again.

Black Ink Cartridge
I am always pleased with the products at Staples and these Ink Cartridges work well and have a long life in printing items.

overpriced
overpriced and if you try to take apart your old ink cartridge and resupply it with more ink the printer won't recognize it.

564 XL ink cartridge
When an empty cartridge happened (during the pandemic) I felt lucky that I had an extra new one on hand. The new one was faulty would not snap into position in the printer's carriage. Put the 'empty' one back in place and wouldn't even operate. Tried again... not work. Took it to the Staples store and after explanation and me without a receipt the store manager d...

HP print cartridges
All these cartridges are the worst product. Each cartridge no matter what the color lasts about 20 days with only home personal use. A waste of money.

It is not for for 564XL
I thought I would be able to fit 564 into 564XL but the installation position because 564 cartridge form is different from 564XL :(.

HP black cartridge
I am unable to find anything about the cartridge that was problematic. My family would tell you that computers and printers are not my strength. However this process was free of any problems from calling the Staples store in Mt. Pleasant MI their offering to check for me to see if it was in stock to being willing to hold it for me until I came in the next day. ...

ink sucks
The ink lasted me a month!!! Not even. Like 3 weeks. Thats it. And I did not print 3000 pages. Like seriuosly that sucks.
