Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

Hp ink cartridge
I was able to print 4 pages and then the black ink cartridge I purchased stopped printing. Hp alerted on my computer and said it was not a genuine hp ink cartridge even though that is what I purchased. I'm not sure exactly what the problem was but I know I was not able to use the cartridge after successfully printing 4 pages.

Too expensive!

Didn’t work
I bought Economy cartridge because I don’t print that often. I installed it, as I normally would, and it didn’t work. There was obviously ink in the cartridge, but it wouldn’t print.

Great Ink, fast shipping!
Ink looks great, wish the price was a tad better. I got my package pretty fast which is great to know in the future if I run out.

I had purchased a564XL at the store previously. It was the wrong 564. The store attendant directed me to the correct cartridge. Great service at our Staples store

Black ink cartridge for printer
I have not had to replace the cartridge yet this is what my printer uses so thats what i buy for it. It will not accept any other brand. Thank. You.

did not work at all
my printer said new ink was needed; bought new ink only to have it all used in the “clean your print head” feature. very poor HP products! it really has never worked properly.
