Not your fault
I thought if I bought new HP Ink that my printer would print but even after doing everything I was supposed to do it still did not work. Therefore, I had to buy a new printer

Damaged printer
The cartridge was fine but the printer did not accept it. Tried two different cartridges but neither one worked. Had to get a new printer.

Loved the cardboard box containing the ink cartridges. Also the butterfly imprint on the front.
Inks are long lasting and color strong. Ease of shipping adds to a 5 star rating. Would order this 3-pack Cyan/Magenta/Yellow again.

Ink Cartridge
I bought it to see if I had a problem with my black cartridge or my printer as a hole since it is old printer. The bottom line was that it was the printer that stopped working.

HP 564 Black ink cartridge
Works great. I do very little printing so the cost per printed page is very high! There's a small mountain of wasted ink inside my printer from the printer setting up every time I want to print something. Can't wait to junk it and get tank printer!
