Not happy with the product open it up to use my printer and it said it was damaged. Can’t return it because I opened it. Apparently as my fault because it was damaged or at least that’s what my process says.

Color Ink review
The package cost $50+ and it doesn’t last long at all. Maybe 50 pages at most but definitely no more than 100. If it wasn’t for the convenience of printing at my home office I would simply print at a printing shop.

One minor problem
I am 73 years old with arthritis in my hands. That little yellow tab that one is supposed to swing out and off, is soooo tight, that I fcan't even wiggle it. Needs to be easier to remove. Otherwise it's just as great as always.

Direct elocution of color
With the execution of ink used on Printers 7520 and Photosmart, i have not had any issues. Whatever is needed to be printed out, shading has been on the money.

Sort of works
The cartridges work although I give only a fair rating to the printer, 5514. It tends to streak the colors and the colors (and black) tend to occasionally drop out. I do not know the cause of this problem. The printer failed once and I had it repaired but it doesn't seem to work any better than before I had it repaired.
