works too well
you will know if you are over using your forearms... this brace will actually fight you if you go too far... i think that's a good thing because you know if you're over using your arms... it also has a sleeve inside of the strap so that you can secure the brace one handed. with other braces you have to use 2 hands and it can get cumbersome. the only problem with the s...
