First impression
Got the chair home and assembly went smoothly. Instructions were pretty well documented and I was able to complete by myself in about 45 minutes. Chair is comfortable and seems very solid. Terrible
This chair is terrible. It tilts to the left and one of the spots where the wheels go in broke so they had to send me a new base. I thought maybe that was what was responsible for the tilt. Nope. It's loud like really loud. Creaking every time I have to readjust because of the tilt. And it was put together correctly by 2 capable maintenance men who put 3 other chairs ...

Nice Chair but Pneumatic Cylinder Failing
Unfortunately after receiving in good condition and no issues with assembly, the chair began to lose height and lower to bottom of pneumatic cylinder. Purchased chair specifically for being heavy duty and for ability to sit high. Pneumatic Cylinder will not hold height when person in chair.

Sturdy
I like this chair. For the most part it is comfortable enough for my 5'4" frame in a 9 hour work day. I am also 300+ lbs so it needed to be sturdy as well. So far no problems there. Comfy Chair for a BIG guy
So far I'm lovin it. It's comfortable enough to sit in for hours. I catch myself dozing off just by sitting in it. Real easy setup don't pay for assembly! I'm 6'3 350lbs if that helps. Definitely recommend!

Falls apart just out of warranty
Had the chair for a few months then the seat began splitting at the seems, it was replaced then the same happened except worse and would not be replaced in warranty

The company that makes these is out of business.Just let me say this: The spring in these chairs is apparently designed to only work for individuals that weigh 500 lbs.---I weigh 195 lbs. I thought I could just buy a different spring Still if you are a big man there is much to like in this chair. I thought I could just buy a lighter spring. No.

nice chair but
Very comportable fits my 6' frame well. After assembly could not adjust to tilt. the knob for adjusting will turn but the screw/bolt is jammed so tight against the plate it will not move. Left a message at the company but have not heard back.

The chair itself looks good and I think it is comfortable . We will see over time how it holds up. Came in a half ripped box with all of the parts thrown in. Very sturdy feeling but a bit small and uncomfortable for me. For those saying it doesn't tilt - it does. You pull the height adjustment lever outward this unlocks the base it has a very stout spring and I had to adjust the tension to it's lightest point. Even then it's hard to get it to tilt back. i wanted to make sure it would be comfy for me ....it not...the tilt/recline does not recline. i like to sit high at my desk so i have it in the high seat setting when i sit down it goes down on its own. im no where near 500 lb so i expected this chair to perform correctly especially for the price
