Good chair, until it isnt.
I had this chair for two years. It was a comfortable chair with more than enough room. Then the springs ruptured thru the fabric casing they were wrapped in. It was not a nice feeling having a spring pushing on your tailbone while trying to relax. One addition that would be nice is adding a zipper to the seat so you can replace the springs without having to cut it open.

Comfortable Chair but I wish the Back was Adjustable
I agree with one of the reviews regarding the 45 degree angel. Despite the chair's comfort the incline is NOT conducive for working at an office desk where you work in an upright position. If I didn't have a 3rd party back seat cushion this chair would have been returned. I just wish the chair's incline was adjustable (it's height is adjustable).

This is supposed to be a work chair not a bed!
The back rest goes back to far to stay at your computer working unless you like working from a laying position. The back rest feels like it is at a 45 degree angle when I am trying to work.

Hercules 500 lb capacity swimmer office chair.
I ordered online and had delivered to me. Delivery was fast. The box lacked a set of directions of how to put together. I have assembled swivel chairs before so I managed to get it done. Chair is comfortable and accommodates for weight good support for arm rest however although good for back support does not allow for adjustable back positions and ergonomics.

Awful Quality
I ordered this chair and the first one had several crooked screw holes. I ordered a replacement and we were able to get the replacement together but it still had 2 crooked holes. One top of that one of the screw covers does not fit in the hole because the hole is too small. How ever once we managed to get it into a sense of shape it seems to be comfortable.
