no more Epson printers
Just spent a bundle on all new ink cartridges. Printer keeps on telling me I need MORE ink (mainly colors) which I don't use. Won't let me print with my new (very expensive cartridges, even though all I want to print is black and white! I have important papers to copy and this is VERY frustrating. Will look for a new printer after I find a way to use up all my new in...

Too slow delivery
The ink is just fine but I expected it two days before I received it. Printer won't work without this replacement cartridge. I ordered a bigger package and it arrived the next day, as promised. But this was delivered that day too.

Not happy
Installed new ink cartridge, it showed only 1/2 full. It is not a staples fault. Something happened somewhere. Other color cartridge installed did shows full of ink. For the prices I paid, it’s sad.
