When I opened the plastic packaging the cartridge shot ink all over my hand and some onto the carpet. I returned it to the store and got a new one why was fine.

Epson 410 single color ink Cartridge
This is the only "authorized" ink for the Epson printer. No other choices. Staples has always had the Epson ink for my printer in stock. I usually buy the package of all five colors. This time I only needed the single color and it was in stock.

The Product is as advertised but it sure is expensive to buy ink these days. I have a plastic staples teacher appreciation card with a barcode that can be scanned and when I presented this to the checker he said well I don't know if that's going to work we usually use a phone number. Epson Ink 410
The ink is fine. The problem I have is that I have two Epson printers each one uses different ink cartridges. I can not find one of the cartridges which I think I ordered it yesterday. The cartridge number is TO484 "yellow."

Great price at website
I went to store to purchase three ink cartridges none were available. Went to website all were available and cheaper that store prices! And they were delivered the next day!
