I purchased ink for my printer

I wish the cashier would have informed my wife that going to the Staples online and seeing that the online price is lower so that the store would have matched that lower price. The other Staples store (I believe it was the Alhambra store) cashier person was very helpful and did this for me.

972X not recognized by HP577
Do not bother. My machine acts like it is a counterfeit cartridge and will not work. Three different cartridges with same results. BTW avoid HP. Bloated software that tracks you and tries to sell you stuff direct.

HP ink cartridge delivered only 25% of pages.
The cartridge is rated at 8 000 pages but delivered only about 3436 pages. I print a variety of pages not just ISO 9000 pages in one sitting. If you need to test by industry standards you should add a helpful comment (somewhere) about what different environments can expect. "Your experience may differ" is not helpful. The reference book in the store is wrong. This cartridge does NOT work in the HP Pagewide model as the book states. This one can not be used in modal 377. Please correct.
