Works as expected
It works as expected. Staples raised the price $2 - 3 between 2021 and 2022. It was lower than the rate of inflation so that is good.

Product not workable…don’t buy
It looked identical to my original Samsung black cartridge. But it totally would not print. I then shook it harder to get the powder free . Freed the powder but still wouldn’t print. Then previously I had purchased/tried a different compatible black cartridge. that one didn’t look identical and it wouldn't print. I assumed this was because it was not identical even tho...

My order was received in excellent time. My only thing is I don't like to order on-line. I prefer to go to the store and purchase. But I realize that is not the general way of things these days.

Samsung Toner 1 Day Turn Around
As we all know prices for products have gone through the roof making certain items almost out of reach. This Samsung black toner cartridge which I purchased from Staples was one such item. Though with a gracious $15.00 coupon and next day free delivery Staples got me within reach in my hands and back to printing in no time!

Pleased
I was pleased that I received the right toner. I was concerned because I don't like to order anything online but I needed it and Staples said next day. I was also skeptical of it being delivered the next day but it did arrive the next day.

FASTEST DELIVERY JUST AMAZING
I placed my order over my cell phone about four o'clock in the afternoon to a very courteous and pleasant female at the order center on Thursday.
