You need better deliver drivers
After having had this product needing reshaped because it was run over by my van because it was placed outside a garage - the second delivery was again left in front of the garage despite given specific directions to leave on the front porch. Also the black toner in the second delivery had a damaged box.

Too expensive
I decided to go with this so it will always be ready when my kids need it for school. But even with the high end price it is not free from problems that you may get with printing. In my opinion they should come with a solution to market this toner cartridge to be more affordable for consumers. I think the price of the printer should be proportionate as well with the con...

Long lasting toner
Finally had to replace my yellow toner. It works great and is easy to replace. Staples was able to have it shipped to my local store earlier than originally scheduled.

cartridge cost is ridiculous
The cost for a cartridge is outrageous and there are zero discounts - so I would say… find another option … if there is one.

So expensive!
Arrived quickly. Easy to install but the cost of the cartridges are ridiculously expensive.
