Awful. Can't open it. No customer service.
Awful. Arrived and wouldn't open no matter the directions. I've called Help number twice and no one returns my call. Horrible instructions too.

Honeywell 1.23 is ok.
The safe seems fine for my use but the door did not shut tight when closed and locked. It left about an 1/8 inch gap that I suspect compromised the fire resistance. The bolts slide into holes that have metal adjustment tabs that should have been bent at the factory to eliminate the slop in the closed door. Very nice
Opens and closes smoothly solid built. Had a cosmetic issue Staples rectified immediately. Sits on floor on feet. Good delivery heavy enough that it can't easily be carried off. Fireproof (fire resistant). Has 1 adjustable shelf (more than one would be too much for this size safe) Very pleased.

Stinks
Lot of delivery problems. Product was not as stated -- was supposed to be a floor model and was not. No shelf brackets were included so shelf is useless and can't be installed. The Honeywell label/tag was put on the safe upside down....placed right on the door UPSIDE DOWN. Now that's quality workmanship from China. The whole transaction was a joke.

It sucked.
