when it arrived it came in broke and used and so we had to reorder another one which was also broken until we got it repaired.

Machine not working
Our machine only worked for a few hours and then stopped working. I spoke to technical support and they said something had gone out in it and that I needed to return it. I did sent it back to swap it out. I know others who have this product and it has worked great so maybe just one faulty one. I will give an update when I get the new machine in.

Quit detecting in 4 months!
Bought 2 of these. Unfortunately one quit detecting after 3 months and OF COURSE it is out of warranty. As an owner of a fast food restaurant, I bought 2 of these. One quit after 4 months and now the other one doesn't work after 7 months. Save your money and use a pen for counterfeiting. Sorry I wasted the money. Spend all this money on it and lose it
