Ink Cartridges are too pricey!
Too expensive for a cartridge that doesn't last all that long. Most of my copies are black - Why does Magenta run out so fast?

The brand new cartridge purchased was not full of ink
We bought this at the Staples store and the cartridge did not have ink in it
I let Staples know but never got a response from them so we had to order elsewhere.

Huge pain in the butt
Signed up for the instant ink and then my cc was scammed so HP had old #. So they stopped sending ink. I ordered HP ink online and installed. Printer would no work bc that ink wasn’t from their instant ink program. They basically held my printer hostage bc I bought hp ink from hp. Will never buy another hp printer.

Use HP with your HP printers
Excellent cartridges with great life. I tried off brand cartridges once and was not happy with them. Less copies per cartridge.

You are not going to get the yield of 2000 pages. It's more like 800 pages
