says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

As advertised
Works as expected. Couldn't risk the chance of off-brand chips not being recognized by the printer as it's happened before.

Excellent service
Fast service correct parts. I ordered the ink because the printer messaged it was getting close to running out. I haven't needed to install this ink as yet. My HP printer has worked very well. Is remotely connected to my laptop seems to fix itself when connection goes awry or gives messages as to how to fix it. KD

So convenient!
All of my cartridges seemed to need replacement at the same time so I was hoping for the combo pack with the XL black ink. When I went into Staples they didn't have any of the combo packs out on the shelves> I took the place card and went to the cashier to ask if they were in stock. One cartridge defective...what an ordeal

This is the ink used by my printer. Since I still had a black and a red cartridge this package of color cartridges seemed the most practical to purchase at this time.

I was dissapointed that I could not buy a combination ink package for my printer. I had to buy separate cartridges for my printer. It was more expensive and having separate packages increases the space needed to store them. In addition I was unable to buy ink cartridges for my other printer. HP price gouging
Pharmacist for 43 years so I understand how drug pricing and research works but just bought new HP ink cartridges. Boy you talk about price gouging. NOT STAPLES FAULT though. It's the printer industry.
