says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

It only printed on one ream of paper and I had to buy another cartridge.

Ink for the HP Office Jet Pro
Cartridge 952 exactly what was required. This is a great combination as the black cartridge is XL while each color cartridge is a standard size. I print many more black ink pages to color pages. This is the perfect answer to the way I print! It even has a great price!

952 - So Expensive!
Had I known that my HP printer wouldn’t work with refills I would have never bought it. The cartridges are 2-3 times more expensive than the refills. At first I could refill but HP changes the chip and raises the cartridge price - not cool...

It's the right ink cartridges for the printer I have
It does the job. I normally have the ink cartridges automatically replaced but this was a time emergency and I'm grateful that Staples had the replacements instock.

HP952XL Ink Cartridge
It works just fine. I just wish my printer would not send a message to replace the cartridge when it shows there is 20% of the ink left.

Bad cartridges
This ink is expensive and the cartridges were defective and returned for replacement. Staples staff were good. This same thing happened with HP ink for a work computer but many times. Could HP’s quality control be failing?

Great capacity
I buy the extra capacity ink cartridges so I don't have to change them so often. The black one is great holds up well against one set of XL color cartridges.
