says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Ridiculously Expensive
I think the cartridges are so overpriced that my next printer will be anything but an HP.

Hi there Ray I understand cost is important to you. The easiest way to save money is to conserve ink. The best strategy is to assess the type of content you print. Photos are the largest ink user. Try to use thinner paper types. It makes a large difference. If you can turn off the color ink on pages that don't require it. Nothing like the real thing.
I ordered a compatible brand of ink on line for my HP Printer. It did not work. The instructions on how to make it work did not make sense. I ordered from Staples before I even returned the one bought on line.

Defective Ink cartridge....???
Put in new cartridges made probably 20 copies mag ran out cyan tel & blk 1/2 out..not many copies for the ink used... back where i started out of ink

I priced these at several stores and Staples had the best deal. I buy these all of the time. They are worth it. The ink last a long time
