says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

quality + cost
I like the HP officejet 8740 very much except for the cost of the ink- so after paying the full cost for a genuine HP for one of the colors- I bought the other colors from Inkjet Superstore's web site- much much cheaper and fast delivery.

Replacement cartridges
I brought used cartridges for credit. The credit should have been deducted from the price of the replacement cartridges BEFORE The final cost charged. I dont want $4.00 credit to be used the next time I come in.

HP Delivers
I have found that purchasing ink from HP tends to work so much better than inks purchased through one of those ink refiller shops.

HP is the absolute best ink.
HP is the best ink. A little pricey for the complete XL pack- over $120 but you have it all.

Expensive but quality Ink!
It's nice to go to Staples. I get treated well by the friendly cashier; the cost of the HP ink cartridge does not concern me.
