says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Overpriced ink
Its way too expensive for ink we all know it. No real reason for it either. New cartridge is not as black more greay.

No use for color printing
It is annoyingly expensive that the printer uses up the color ink even though I only print in black. it seems all HP printers that I have owned do this The printer will not print at all when the color cartridges are depleted forcing me to purchase them.

My first response to asking me to “rate” my purchase was: “Its ink it prints”. In truth Staples offers good value (less expensive than my local big box store that starts with a “W” and they did not have the ink in stock in the store). HP is the best Product
I have only used HP printers my whole life and would not ever consider using something else. The ink wells on whichever HP machine I have used were always reliable. I would recommend this product to anyone who asks.
