says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Expensive ink
buying two sets of replacement ink cartridges since I bought the printer cost more than the printer itself. When this hp printer breaks I think I will buy a printer with less expensive ink.

Ink cartridge LOS49AN
I have purchased it in the mid of February with other cartridges, yellow and magenta. After not even two weeks the cyan needs replacement. How is this possible, this is first time I’m seeing this. I don’t think I should need to replace it, this is unacceptable, I’m very disappointed.

Good ink, but pricey
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use an HP printer t our office and it works pretty well! We tried purchasing a more economical ink but the printer rejects it. This ink loading easily and was immediately recognized by our printer. Will purchase again, but trying to lower the amount of prints so we can stretch the use of this ink.

Quality is nice :)
The quality is very nice I think the ink cartridges are a little expensive but the quality is very good.

Ease of shopping is important: they were clearly marked in a logical display. The check-out also was easy and pleasant.

Given the price HP gets for these ink jets if they were the mafia they'd be in prison under the RICO statues. It's ink for crying out loud I'm about to pitch this thing an find another brand.

Yeah its ink. It works. I have nothing to compare it to--So I don't know if its the best or the worst. It's expensive: I've spent hundreds of dollars on ink for a printer I only paid a hundred bucks for..........But what sucks is if I only print in black the machine still uses the color cartridges. Easy order
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went to three different stores trying to find this product, and they didn’t have any, so instead of driving around and around I decided to order it online 5 days later it’s delivered and installed.., ordering was quick and easy.
