says it was delivered and "left at front door" Is NOT at front door. Now I need to check all my neighbors to see if the driver delivered to wrong house. If you had included a photo, as most delivery services do, I would know which neighbor has it. Please start sending photos of every delivery. Thank you.

Unacceptable cartridges
I guess HP has financial issues and decided to reduce the ink in the cartridges. You can even feel (when you shake them) that the liquid inside is less than 50%. Not to mention how fast need replacement.... Never again HP printers!!!!

HP's monopoly
What can one say about an ink cartridge? It works as intended. The reason I had to buy it is less positive though. HP again executed their monopoly pushing a firmware update without consent resulting in having to toss $200 worth of cartridges that no longer work.

HP cartridges are too expensive!!!
Too much money for what you get---not even Heavy Duty

HP952XL Ink Cartridge
This is cartridge has excellent print qualities. I would recommend it to anyone and by purchasing it as a 5 pack you save money.

Price concern
The product is just as good as it was last year and the year before. However I do find the price inordinately high. That's why no 5 stars

Its always best to use HP products on any HP equipment. These cartridges stand up over time and give the longevity I am looking for.
Many thanks to the Cupertino Staples manager and staff. I called 15 minutes before closing and they had the cartridge waiting at the register for me. Customer support and attitudes start at the top.

Shortness of ink
It seems the cartriges are providing less and less pages of ink even though the prices have increased not truly a high yield if they dont provide of close to the approx amount

Always use HP ink in HP Printers
Excellent product! I highly recommend HP ink to be used in HP printers! Have tried off brands and they simply do not work as well and I am afraid of what harm they may do to my printer.

HP952XL CYAN INK CARTRIDGE
BLACK TONER - SO FAR SO GOOD. HAVE NOT HAD GOOD RESULTS IN THE PAST GETTING REFILS IN THE PAST AT COSTCO THAT ARE MUCH CHEAPER.
