They are solid envelopes that don't come apart on the sides like others that I have used in the past. They are secure as you can't see the writing on the document through the envelopes. I will get these again. I would recommend these envelopes.

Envelopes
They are solid envelopes that don't come apart on the sides like others that I have used in the past. They are secure as you can't see the writing on the document through the envelopes. I will get these again. I would recommend these envelopes.

Better than plain envelopes
Excellent envelope. I did not realize the need for security image stamping until I became aware that there is an epidemic of stealing of mailed checks and rewriting them after washing off entries. If you cannot get to the post office and need to put checks in a mailbox this is the envelope to have. In addition the 9 1/2 inch length makes it easy to fold and insert it...

Don’t Like
I must have grabbed the wrong box. What I wanted was the straight edge flap with a tear off strip; not a pointed flap that I have to lick. Will probably return the box.

This will last longer
I chose the glue rather than the self adhesive due to the quantity of envelopes. I felt these would last longer and would not dry out as fast. The protective inside color assures safety and protection in not being transparent.

Very Thankful Staples had the security #10 “V Flap Closure” envelopes!! Can’t find these No Where any more!! I hate the “straight across closure” on all sized envelopes!! Staples only had the One 500 count box” of the “V Flap Closure” envelopes and I bought it!! I still use USPS all the time - these envelopes are essential to my life! Thank You Staples for having them!!...
