Poor Quality and Much Hassle
I had to reorder this chair because the first one came in chipped and missing a few brads on the arm. When the replacement came in, it was in worse condition than the first one. I am so disappointed. It was packed very well, so the issue must start at the warehouse it comes from. I am not sure how a $300 chair could be handled with such little care. How could you sell a...

Bigger than it looked
The look of the chair is very nice, and it was not too difficult to put together, but it is much larger than it looked online, so be aware that unless your desk is huge and the room is also huge, this chair will dominate.
