The chair we purchased has done wonders for our lumbar region. The way the chair is designed forces you to sit erect, and the massaging attachment is wonderful! We definitely recommend this chair to anyone who spends a lot of time working at their computer.

Very firm
The chair is very firm and narrow. The picture makes it look comfortable but it is very stiff and uncomfortable.

Bad workmanship; does not suit purpose
The chair broke after 6 months of my small secretary sitting in it. The back bent backwards because the metal was cheap and could not adequately hold the 130 pound lady.

Worst Chair I ever purchased!
The chair has the vibration motor poking out of the seating area which makes it very uncomfortable. It only lasted 2 months before it snapped from the mount and it is only for a lighter/ smaller person. Not worth the purchase.

Good chair, but
A few fit and finish issues such as the screw covers continuing to fall off. I’m resigned to just putting them in a drawer. The massage function is really just a limited vibration. No heat. If you want that, then you’ll have to spend a little more for heat and rollers.

Wrong chair
This does not match the chair in the title and description, it is the chair in the photo. The arms do not flip back.

Office Chair
My pregnant employee thought the massaging was great however the chair needed to be longer so her legs rested better.

Smallest Executive Chair in the World :-(
Not at all what I thought I bought... Very displeased and will be returning. The massage is a joke it only vibrates and the chair is so small that only children playing office would find this chair comfortable.

Vibrates Only
The vibrations feel good but I was expecting more! I thought a massaging chair would have some going up and down the back. It is a nice chair with good lumbar support.

not really a highback
I got this as a Christmas gift for my husband. It was mostly easy to assemble except that when he tried to attach the back to the arms one set of the screw hole did not line up. He was able to drill it out and make it work though. The description said high back but it is really a mid back. The screw cover plugs wont stay in either. The massage feature works fine and he...

Good For Long Sits At The Desk.
It is perfect for sitting in front of the computer for 5-8 hours straight. I get up and I feel as if it has only been half an hour. Unfortunately it is really not that comfortable if the massagers are not at least on low. It also doesn't lean back so if you like to relax it's not very convenient. Because of my long hour in the chair I like it but I probably wouldn't wan...
