Poor Quality Chair
We have purchased three of these chairs and all of them have broke in less than 6 months. As a previous review stated, they lean towards one side due to poor quality material. We have had replacement parts sent to us and they too are cheaply made. We have resorted to welding the bracket ourselves since quill nor the manufacture wish to refund us our money. Don't bother ...

High quality and seems durable.
Item is of high quality. I have owned multiple executive chairs in the past, but I have grown tired with replacing them. This was due to them flaking over time. Not a recommended purchase
I have had this chair for several months now. It was put together by me exactly as instructed, but it seems to lean slightly more towards one side and it squeaks very loudly every time you shift even minutely.
