Very Comfortable
The employee that this chair was bought for had an old chair that hurt her lower back and legs. Since we bought this chair she has had no problems. Highly recommended

Not Pleased
The ciar is not a higback chair because it has no headrest. The arms were extremely difficul to put on .

Loose recline joint
The chair rocks a little side-to-side, seems to be in the recline pivot joint. Trying to decide if it is bad enough to return or ask for replacement assembly.

Missing Parts
When I opened the box I found the package that held all of the bolts had been opened and retaped. There were no instructions inclosed. Found one bolt that holds the metal to the botom of the chair to be missing. The chair comes with a total of 6 for the bottom. The 5 I have should hold without a problem.
