The ciar is not a higback chair because it has no headrest. The arms were extremely difficul to put on .

Not pleased
My previous exec chair went back further than this one and thus this new one is uncomfortable to me. In fact I was so displeased I took off the bottom from both and reversed them, putting the old bottom on the new chair. Another problem with the chair is I have tried tightening the arms twice now. I absolutely love the chair
I was searching online for a purple chair for my office because mine was no longer functional. I saw your website, you had the perfect office chair.The first thing I noticed was the price then I saw you were in Georgia which made me very happy. Awesome Chair
I purchased this chair for my home office and replaced the same chair in gray so I could use the older chair at my campus office. Great lumbar support, very comfortable, exceptional quality and prompt delivery. I will continue to purchase products from here.

While this is a very nice looking and feeling chair and is comfortable for the 100 to 125 pound people. It is not big enough for 175 to 200 pound people. My wife loves hers. For me there isn't enough room. Solid built and will probably last longer than her!!

Loose recline joint
The chair rocks a little side-to-side seems to be in the recline pivot joint. Trying to decide if it is bad enough to return or ask for replacement assembly.

It Has It's Pros And Cons
Pros: Microfiber covering is "bare skin" friendly. Nice padding on the arms and back Cons: Not very comfortable due to very firm padding. Seat doesn't fit solidly on base, somewhat wobbly

Missing Parts
When I opened the box I found the package that held all of the bolts had been opened and retaped. There were no instructions inclosed. Found one bolt that holds the metal to the botom of the chair to be missing. The chair comes with a total of 6 for the bottom. The 5 I have should hold without a problem.
