Attempted delivery 3x’s. Almost no packaging left on item.
We first got notice that the item was missing. Our second noticed said they were sending it back to Georgia because of damage. It finally came with big holes in the box and no hardware. We spent an additional $11.00 to purchase hardware. All four casters were there. I tried to find a phone number to complain but website makes it very difficult to get a direct line...

This product needs work
As soon as we put the chairs on the cart the wheels snapped in half and the carts were not even at full capacity. It required the replacement of all wheels on a brand new product. Not from the company but internally. Don't feel that should be something a purchaser should deal with.

Good Rack
This is a good sturdy rack just needs to have a harder rubber tire. The cart is hard to move when full of chairs.

Bought this because I saw something like it at another facility. We bought 3 and love it. It moves a lot easier than what we were using. Looks neat and tidy. We will be buying a few more in the near future.

Be Forwarned
First, let me say this is a well built rack, BUT, the height as advertised is not accurate. The rack total height is only 713/4" including the wheels. Will not accommodate taller chairs without modifications. Regular folding chairs will fit fine. Holds lots of chairs.

Hanging Folding Chair Truck
This is an excellent storage system. would buy another in a heartbeat if needed. One could not build a storage rack near as functional out our wood for anywhere near the cost.

Chair Dolly
Heavy built quality and held 80 chairs just like it was suppose to. Sturdy product and was easy to assembly which was awesome. Just don't run it over your toe because its heavy. Awesome item I would recommend and buy from this company again. Service and shipment times are great. 1 week total process

Great Investment!
These are better than the the long flat chair dollies. These take up less space, have better wheels and can turn on a dime. I was impressed by the quality despite the label! Easy to assemble. You need a box cutter, 18mm socket, 13mm socket and a 13mm wrench.I did it myself but an extra set of hands is encouraged!

Great product and outstanding service. We are a retirement community with a clubhouse. This chair truck was perfect for our needs, very sturdy and saves us space. The product arrived within a few days and was easy to assemble. Great job guys!
