Super Comfy - Great for posture. Must have ab muscles before using.
I do yoga daily & work out 3-4 times a week. This chair, or this type of chair, is a MUST for someone who wants to keep good posture.
Fair warning - if you are overweight / obese, I would definitely do some core work to strengthen your back & abs BEFORE you try to switch to one of these chairs. Otherwise, you will just hurt more as the muscles will have to be built wh...

Horrible
I needed a chair to help me with my posture and back pain while I WFH and all I got was more back pain. One day my tailbone hurt so bad I couldn’t do sit-ups that evening because of the pain.
The cushion i sit on isn’t enough and often add a pillow or folded blanket on top for comfort.

Broke
So disappointed was loving my new chair and I got tangled in it while getting off. When I sat on it again I didn’t realize I had moved it out of position & the middle piece broke & my chair collapsed.

Decent, but could be better.
This was exactly what I was looking for, but it could be a bit more comfortable. The kneeling cushion is not as comfortable as I would like, but I still like the chair for my posture's sake. I have put small pillows under my shins to help with cushioning. But sitting on this for 8 hours a day is much better on my back than a regular office chair.

So far, so good. I've been using it for about 2 weeks, but only for a few hours a day. Nice to change to this from my regular desk chair throughout the day! Takes some getting used to on the shins.

Love the seating but
If I raise the seating then my knees are sloped too much. would like to return and try a more adjustable one.

Great for short stints
Chair is great and exactly what I wanted, but my knees get pretty sore if I’m in it very long. I’ll probably have to alternate between this and a regular chair or take work breaks more often.

Great chair for the price. Very sturdy. Easy to assemble. My only complaint is that it has limited ability to adjust the height.

Not comfortable at all
You get what you paid for. The quality of the cushion is Inferior, in the matter of week of two, it feels like I’m sitting on the wood panel. It’s rated two because of the price - I’m returning it.

I rotate between my traditional office chair and the kneeling chair throughout the work day
Growing up, my grandfather used a kneeling chair at his computer desk so I have had the opportunity to sit in one before. I LOVE IT. ….Working 8 hour+ work days in the office, I love to rotate between my traditional office chair and the kneeling chair throughout the work day. It super comfy and definitely helps my sitting posture and lower back.

Didn't even last 2 months
I purchased this chair for my office in September 2019. From the beginning, I noticed the screws kept falling out. Every week, I had to reinstall at least one screw. Then the wheels started going wonky - think a shopping cart with a stuck wheel. Today, as I sat down, the chair broke in half. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great Chair
Yes, my shins are sore on the first few days, but honestly, it is so much nicer working my long office hours in this chair instead of my old, traditional office chair. Hopefully the knee pads and seat pad will last a long time, but if they don't, I'll upgrade to a gel pad for the knees.

taller than expected
It's a great looking chair - however the measurements are deceiving - the measurements given for adjustable height are the bottom of the seat, not the top of the seat. It was a too tall sitting (kneeling on) on it at my desk - and way too tall to use a keyboard comfortably.
