Wondering why 1 Staples person seemed willing to charge me for a new one when another Staples person offered me a refurbished one for considerably less? Bought the latter to see the equivalency.

Scanner printer that I use really needed toner. I checked with Staples and they were able to find a refurbished cartridge. It was delivered in a couple of days.

I bought the remanufactured cartridge for my Samsung printer as the original Samsung cartridges are no longer available. This is my second purchase and is currently a back-up so I don't have any actual usage comments. The first one works very well and was nicely priced compared to what I was paying at that OD place.

First 5 cartridges were great; Last two extremely disappointing
I purchased my first Sustainable Earth cartridge from Staples in 2013 and it delivered 2 834 pages -- far more than my previous Samsung cartridge. The next four carts all produced in the range of 2 700 to 2 800 pages. But the last two I purchased delivered only about 1 600 pages each. Maybe they're skimping on how much toner they put in. Works fine Saved a Few Bucks
It's about $20 cheaper than the Samsung brand and works the same as far as I can tell. I hate how expensive these are but at least they last a long time so it's not too bad.
